Binary Series PTP-2000 Double Sided Rotary Tablet Press is a square Model, double sided rotary tablet press, promising unmatched quality for medium batch production. Safety, Enhanced performance and Ease of operation are its most Salient feature.

Machine Construction:

• Material Feeding Operation: Easy removable feeders ensure lower change over time. Feeders are easy to level and free from resetting of feeder base during its removal for clearing.
• Compact Design for Higher Output: The powder circulation band fitted to the  Feeders keep the powder spilling to an absolute minimum. This is noteworthy since the machine is capable of compressing approximately ¼ million tablets per hour. Higher Tablet output with greater weight consistency is obtained by an extended tail over the die, ensuring that the fill is covered until the moment of compression.
• Powder inlet setting: Adjustment in powder inlet is given at the hopper Support bracket. These adjustments are possible Without turning down the machine and opening the guards.
• Optional Rotary Feeders: Non-Mechanical open feeders are standard equipment in this machine. Mechanical Rotary Feeders Controlled by selector switches on the front panel are  also supplied as an extra option. The independent motors are preset at a fixed speed to prevent alternation while in operation.
• Drive Configuration: The turret is driven by a precise phosphorous-bronze worm fitted to a bearing mountedworm shaft which is driven by a ve-blet and a variable speed pulley mountedon the motor shaft via the dis type friction clutch. Speed adjustment is achieved by raising or lowering the motor on its slide by means of a hand wheel.
