PT-4Q High speed automatic capsule filling machine is the latest addition to rage of capsule filling machine. These are versatile machines with several outstanding features both functional & mechanical. The machine is design to give an output of 40,000 capsules per hour, with high filling accuracy and can accommodate capsule size from '00' to '4'. The actual rate of the production however depends on the quality of the capsule, characteristics of the filling material & ambient temperature condition. The machines are made to cGMP standard with various safety features for maximum protection for the operator. Machines are supplied with SS 316 contact parts. The basic machine includes one set of change parts from '00' to '4'size as per user choice.

• Special purpose gauges are provided for easy change over.
• Appropriate sensors ensure continues flow of powder and empty capsules for uninterrupted operation of the machine.
• The control panel of the machine is equipped with Programmable Logic Control (PLC) systems enabling visual display of the operating parameters besides ensuring accuracy, reliability and reduce operator fatigue.
• Adjustable gap between "Dosing Disk"& Tarn ping Plate ensures minimum spillage of powder.
