Semi automatic/automatic rotary tube filling, sealing, trimming & coding machine for laminated and plastic tubes hot air system

Consists of

• One rotating disc with interchangeable tube holding sockets for different sizes of tubes, one
  S. S. filling syringe pump with Teflon rings, one
  S. S. filling nozzle connected to control of Tailing" with pneumatic system
• No-Tube No-Fill sensor, diving filling system
• Hot air heating of tubes, pneumatic sealing, batch coding and trimming
• One 20 liters capacity S. S. hopper for paste / ointment,
• One S. S. block with non-return valve, volume track with fine adjustment and accuracy of +/- 0.1%
• Filling range: From 3 gms to 200 gms with interchangeable syringe pumps.
• Filling speed: 25,30 & 35 tubes per minute with Geneva Indexing
